Responsibilities

·         Work with a wide range of customers, including builders, designers, and homeowners, to sell a variety of plumbing products, bath hardware, cabinet hardware and door hardware

·         Maintain a display plan for our showroom

·         Develop healthy relationships with our Vendor Representatives to include product training

·         Assist customers, both by appointment and walk-ins, through the estimate process to the delivery process

·         Build relationships with manufacture customer service representatives to work through ordering processes

Qualifications

·         Prior Plumbing, Cabinet and Door Hardware Retail Sales experience is strongly preferred in addition to being a great fit within our small, family owned company

·         A Bachelor’s Degree is recommended

·         Ability to work across department lines and manage time effectively

·         Able to initiate, embrace change and work independently but be a team player

·         The ability to take care of a vast array of customers with varying levels of product knowledge

·         Understand the basics of design and interior decorating
